Arabica Coffee Beans
Brazilian Santos:  This medium roast coffee has a distinctive aroma and
smoothness along with a soft mild flavor, it has a low acidity level and comes from
the center of the coffee world.

Columbia Supremo:  "A must try" it's a perfect balance between acidity and
richness. Smooth from beginning to end, this popular classic holds up to it's
name. With a delightfully smooth and light body, the Supremo is described as
balanced and fruity. Presenting a strong aroma and medium-sweet in acidity.

The largest producer of quality coffee in the world.  Traditional a dark to medium
roast coffee with a strong  and memorable flavor, rich and superbly balanced.

Ethiopia:  This coffee has a somewhat more fruity, but equally powerful full flavor
and medium body. The Arabica Coffee Tree originated in Ethiopia, where it grew
wild.  Names to look for are Harrah, Sidamo, and Virga Cheffes.  Excellent flavor,
lightly acidic with aroma.
Guatemala:  Antiqua is a wonderfully lively coffee with a spicy complex flavor.  It's  medium roasted to enhance the
aroma and compliment this deliciously balanced bean
. Grown in the Antigua district at high altitudes (5,000 - 6,000
feet) in rich volcanic soil, this coffee is distinguishable by it's heavy body and a lively cup with subtle smoky spicy
overtones.

Indian Monsoon Malabar:  In the days of sailing ships, coffee was shipped from India to Europe and it took almost
six months to reach its destination. During that shipping process, the humidity at sea changes the beans allowing them
to acquire a distinct rich, mellow taste and a unique golden look. This entire flavor experience is recaptured by the
process of "monsooning" green coffee from June through September when the Southwest monsoon rains season is very
intense on the Indian West coast. Green coffee beans are held in special warehouses that expose them to the humid
monsoon winds allowing them to swell up to nearly double the size and change the color of the beans to a golden
yellow.

India's coffee grows up to 5,900 feet above sea level, usually on terraces in the mountainous regions. The best Indian
coffees are grown in the states of Karnataka (formerly Mysore - approximately 80% of Indian coffee), Kerala, and
Tamilnadu (formerly Madras).

Indian Monsoon Coffees are known for a soft, velvety smooth, rich, mellow full-bodied character with very low acidity
and a pleasant earthy flavor. In addition, these excellent coffees incorporate the unique spicy flavors of nutmeg, clove,
cardamom and pepper.  The coffee has a delicate hint of spice and good body.  This mild coffee is an excellent choice
for anyone interested in a mild low acid coffee.  A special, one of a kind coffee with simple old world excellence!

Kenya AA:  Kenya's reputation as a top quality coffee producer is unsurpassed. This meticulously prepared East
African coffee is famous for its rich full body, strong pleasant acidity, floral fragrant aroma and a winy aftertaste with
overtones of berries and citrus. Kenyan coffee has everything we want from a good cup of coffee.  It has a wonderfully
satisfying aroma, an excellent balance of acidity body and excellent fruit.

Kona Blend:   Our Kona Blend contains 10% - 15% pure Kona beans along with several African beans, makes for a
unusually full-bodied, almost winey taste with a fine aroma.  The Kona bean is the only top quality coffee to be
produced in the United States.

Mexican:  Organic.  Smooth fragrant coffee from the fourth largest producer in the world.  Organically grown with a
good mellow flavor.

Mocha Java - This is a blend of coffee which is named from the estates the beans come from. The combination of the
beans gives a slight aftertaste of mocha, with a unique rich creamy taste.  Slightly fruity.

Panama Bouquete: The highlands of Panama has the perfect combination of soil and environment to grow coffee and
as a result, Panama produces outstanding beans. Because of the high altitudes where the coffee is grown, the beans are
very dense and uniform, they are mild with a medium body, good aroma and high acidity. These estate coffees are
considered among the best in the world.

Papua New Guinea: Earth's second largest island, Papua New Guinea lies just north of Australia and occupies the
Eastern half of the island it shares with the Indonesian province of Irian Jaya. Coffee found it's way to Papua New
Guinea when Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee seedlings were brought in and planted in 1927. Because of similar climates
between the two countries, the coffee thrived in it's new home.

This exotic coffee is grown at elevations between 4500-6000 feet above sea level. The bulk of the coffee is cultivated on
extremely small farms, practically gardens, by thousands of coffee farmers who are organized into co-ops sharing
processing facilities. These farmers use no artificial fertilizer and no chemical sprays.

Papua New Guinea coffee is well-balanced with a sweet and bright acidity, a heavy earthy body and a complex and wild
fruity aroma. Vibrant flavor and full body, fairly light acidity and a little tanginess together with great character.

Sumatra Mandheling::  Comes from Indonesia with a delightfully smooth and rich body, low in acidity and an exotic
flavor with an intense syrupy aftertaste and an earthy richness with herbal notes.

Zimbabwe: Zimbabwe coffee blends have moderate acidity, rich flavors, good body and the complexity of wine and
berry flavors. Local farmers dry their unique coffee slowly in the sun, which results in a bean with rich aroma and that
slightly spicy flavor. Zimbabwe coffee is similar to Kenya AA offering a soft clean fruity taste and every bit as good.
